Incorporated in 1924 and built in 1925, Sunset Court Association is a 45 unit, self-managed cooperative located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Our apartments range from one bedroom to three bedroom units with great views of Sunset Park, Brooklyn, the Hudson River, and Lower Manhattan. We are a short walk to Sunset Park with breathtaking views of Lower Manhattan, Gowanus, and Governors Island.
